About the event
Persephone is an innovative and family-friendly dance theater production based on characters and stories from Greek Mythology. Featuring students of all ages, with performances and choreography from local professionals, this production is a culmination of the work we've been doing at NSPA in the 24-25 season.
Come experience our unique approach to storytelling through theatrical dance performances, blending styles like Classical Ballet, Jazz, Modern, Acting, Contemporary, and more. Characters like Zeus, Demeter, Orpheus, and, of course, Persephone, are brought to life on stage in this full-length original ballet.
Persephone performances are May 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, each at 7:00PM.
McDonald County High School Performing Arts Center is located at 100 Mustang Drive, Anderson MO, 64831.
Tickets are $15 for general admission, and will go on sale on March 1st!
